The name Amelia Clark appears on various birth, death and marriage certificates of the children of Alfred Abbott, I have added four of the children of Alfred Abbott under the single mothers name Amelia Clark, their names are - Selina, Alfred George, John Nelson and Edward. Amelia's name appears under variations of this name ie; Emilia Abbot, Amelia Clark, Amelia Clarke, Amelia Sophia Ann Clarkson, Amelia Jane Clarkson and others, there is also a reference to a Annie Johnson in the death certificate of John Nelson Abbott but considering the circumstances of his death and the informant I do not place any real credence on the name Annie Johnson.
Only William Henry Abbott has Ann Abbot (nee Collins) noted as his mother.
