Transcript from the Middlesex Marriage Index William Young and Sarah King, 1834.
Point of interest is Sarah King married William Young in 1821, William Young was convicted of a crime and sentenced to seven years transportation to Australia. Sarah remarried to James Grant in 1834. James Grant passed away and Sarah and her children then sailed to Australia to join her first husband William. Apparently it was legal to re-marry if your husband was sentenced to seven years or more in the Colonies.
