(Copy on File) Event Notes Note (1) At the time of this Muster William Morgan had 3 acres of wheat sown, 12 acres of maize to be planted, and was off stores. The Muster indicated that the land was purchased. Note (2) The Kings List notes that William Morgan was granted his 70 acres by Governor Paterson in July 1795. He had 30 acres cleared and 16 acres of wheat / maize. He had 3 hogs and one person was on Stores. Note (3) Was living at his son in laws residence, William Wilson of Liverpool NSW. Note (4) Surname is per surname signature of William Frazer her husband, this can be seen in Williams Profile. Note (5) This muster noted that Ellen Frazer had 16 acres of maize to be planted and was off stores. She had four children living with her who were off stores. The land was acquired through a land grant. Note (6) Name listed as Eleanor Morgan. Note (7) Will of Eleanor Frazer - Willed and bequeathed to William Frazer Morgan and Richard Frazer Morgan 20 acres each of land originally granted to Richard Hudson. Provided that Thomas Humphreys (carpenter) to be provided for, for the rest of his life. Witness - Isaac Nichols, James Hopson, John Kelly (by his mark) Executors - George Nichols, Thomas Hiumphreys Will No. Serial 1 No. 1261 dated July 6 1833 Note (8) The obituary appearing in the Australian newspaper noted: Died at her residence at Concord on Wedenesday[sic] 18 inst. Mrs Eleanor (sic) Frazer aged 83 years. Mrs Frazer was a ‘first fleeter’ having arrived on the formation of the colony. Her intellect was unimpaired to the last, she had a perfect recollection of the ‘first deed’ in New South Wales. She remembered Commodore de la Perouse, and used to describe the dress worn by persons forming the expedition under his command. Her remains were interred with those of her eldest son John (who was the second person born in this colony) in Liverpool Churh-yard, to which place the corps[sic] was followed by a long train of children, grandchildren and great grand children belonging to the deceased. Note (9) Interment - Date: 20 Nov 1840 -Buried/Cremated: Buried -Cemetery: Liverpool Pioneers Cemetery, Liverpool NSW -Section: 0 -Grave/Plot: 0 ---- Note (10) Stories have it that Lucy was murdered by her husband but he was aquitted of any wrong doing by a Court. Note (11) Headstone states he died 30 Aug 1851. Age is different, Death Certifcate states 57 years old whereas he was only 44. Note (12) Richard died of a mental illness in what was called at the time the Lunatic Factory Department Parramatta. His daughter Elizabeth also passed away of a mental illness in 1901 at the Callan Park Asylum, Sydney. Note (13) Headstone states he died 30 Aug 1851 Age and date of death differ from Death Certificate. Headstone Inscription - "In Memory of Richard Morgan Died 30th August 1851 aged 45 years" .
